  4. Share the strongest story with context for the deal stage.

What to copy from each story

From /stories/[slug], extract:

  • one quantified result
  • one quote with attribution
  • one business-value framing line
  • one or two talking points

Avoid over-copying. Keep your outbound to one short narrative arc.

Story detail is the source of truth for metrics, quotes, and talking points.

Sharing best practices

  • Prefer public story links when external-safe.
  • Use concise framing: customer context -> problem -> measurable result.
  • Keep metrics directional unless source confidence is high.
  • Do not claim org-wide ROI from a single event-scoped metric.

Quality check before sending

  • Metric is legible and attributable.
  • Story context matches your buyer situation.
  • No internal-only notes are included.
  • Claim strength matches evidence strength.
