Guided Interview and Imports

Use /my/stories/interview for AI-assisted story capture.

Three ways to start

• Guided interview: answer prompts step by step.
• Import from audio: upload MP3/M4A/WAV/WebM (up to 25MB).
• Import from transcript: paste call text from Gong, Chorus, Zoom, etc.

All paths create an editable draft interview session and pre-fill story fields.

Best practice setup

Before starting, set:

• Customer name
• Story title
• Play type
• Audience mode:
  • rep for internal framing
  • customer for external-safe language

After AI extraction

Always review and refine:

• metric correctness
• quote attribution
• problem/solution coherence
• business value framing

AI extraction accelerates drafting, but contributors still own factual quality.

When to use this flow

Use interview/import when:

• You have call recordings or transcripts.
• You want faster first drafts.
• You need consistent structure across contributors.

Use manual editor when:

• Source material is already clean and structured.
• You need tight control over phrasing from the start.
