Create a High-Quality Story

Use /my/stories/new to create a manual submission draft.

Minimum viable story

A strong draft should include:

  • Customer name and clear title.
  • Problem context (not just a feature list).
  • Solution narrative tied to real adoption behavior.
  • Results with before/after or impact framing.
  • At least one attributable quote.

Narrative quality bar

Stories are evaluated against this flow:

About -> Problem -> Solution -> Results

If any section is shallow, the story will be slower to publish and harder to reuse in deals.

Metrics guidance

  • Prefer concrete and contextualized metrics.
  • Use canonical metric labels where possible.
  • Avoid unsupported global ROI claims.
  • Include source notes if confidence is moderate.

Submit flow

  1. Save draft early.
  2. Improve weak sections before requesting review.
  3. Move status to pending review when ready.
  4. Track progress in /my/stories.

Common mistakes

  • Writing product marketing copy instead of customer narrative.
  • Missing baseline context for metrics.
  • Using vague claims with no attribution.
  • Skipping objection-handling or competitive context.
