Collections and Bookmarks

Collections help you reuse the right stories for repeat deal patterns.

Manage collections in /my/stories/collections.

Suggested collection strategy

Create collections by one dominant axis:

  • Segment + stage (for example, "Fintech - Pilot")
  • Persona + objection
  • Use case cluster

Avoid overly broad collections. Small curated lists are easier to apply.

Bookmarks vs collections

  • Bookmarks: quick personal saves.
  • Collections: intentional story sets for repeated workflows.

Use bookmarks for temporary triage and collections for durable playbooks.

Workflow

  1. Save promising stories from library cards.
  2. Create a focused collection.
  3. Move top stories into that collection.
  4. Revisit monthly and remove weak/old stories.
